Xavio Design

Xavio Design is a leading lighting design consultancy, specialising in super-prime residential projects, as well as associated sectors such as luxury hospitality and super-yachts.

Most of Xavio's projects are in Belgravia, Mayfair and other high-end residential boroughs of Central London. Xavio’s clients are typically ultra-high net worth individuals who wish to have the same fine touch on their interiors & gardens across the globe.

Challenge

The super-prime market is ‘high barrier’ entry where newcomers require a proven track record to gain any form of traction. Firms operating in this sector understand how important reputation and credibility are.

It can take years to build up a brand, and only minutes to lose it.

In super-prime, perfection is the bar to which all companies are measured. Xavio needed to raise the bar across key touchpoints such as:

  • Website
  • Corporate Documentation (presentations, brochures, proposals and more...)

In addition, a brand and marketing strategy were needed to build engagement with their target audience. This was to ensure trust and credibility were reinforced at all touchpoints through exceptional and consistent branding and marketing activities.

Solution

It was key to create two strategies, a Brand Strategy and a Marketing Strategy. Within each of these I addressed many elements, all with an overriding approach that 'perfection' was a pre-requisite.

Within Brand Strategy:

  • Performed a comprehensive brand audit
  • Created a brand strategy to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Developed the branding for the website, corporate documentation, brochures, presentations, proposals and more
  • Developed an Internal Brand DNA Document, the purest and most authentic explanation of the business, referenced at many levels
  • Ensured the brand was aligned with complimentary brands that reinforced brand perception by association

Within Marketing Strategy:

  • Developed and executed a lead generation strategy across multiple channels
  • Created and published content streams for different channels, including videos, whitepapers, articles and more
  • Email and social marketing activities to engage the target audience
  • Created an innovative presentation platform to present complex ideas digitally
  • Collaboration activities with brand partners

The overriding result was a turnover increase in that period of 255%.
